Dear Class,
I have finished commenting on your resume and cover letters (and the rewrites turned in yesterday). If you would like to see that feedback before next Monday, it will be available for pickup in my mailbox (in the English Department) during regular business hours (9am-5pm M-F). Any drafts that are not retrieved by next Monday will remain in my mailbox until Dec. 20, and then will be confidentially discarded unless you email me.
